Solrain Core (TRI-FP) - Pilots and Factional governments expressed mixed opinions today following pilot Me_1's protest buy of all Duelist Targeting Computers available on the open market, galaxy-wide.
"This is a protest, to try and get the miners, haulers, producers, and any Economist minded players a place to be heard through the strength of our actions and their impacts on other pilots and what ever officials TRI cares to spare."

TRI-HQ (TRI-FP) - Although not known for involving themselves in economic affairs, TRI's Recreation and Morale department has laid forth a plan to address recent severe economic shortages.
"While TRI may not be as large or important as it once was," remarked Director Echo Tetsab, "everyone who is left at TRI still works for the common good of the average pilot. It is essential that stocks of commodities are brought up to reasonable levels, and we here at RMD are willing to do our part.

Octavius Core (TRI-FP) - A small team of pilots, led by Felthyr, has demonstrated that all it takes is sheer determination to get the job done. Completing a contract issued by the Octavian government, in conjunction with OPL, Felthyr's team completed the manufacture of 4000 Duelists, which were delivered to Octavian public stations for general purchase.
"We were originally concerned about using Quantar contract labor for this project," stated Emperor Clements IV. "But, our trust was not misplaced, and Felthyr got the job done ahead of schedule, and under budget. The Duelists were quickly added to the local Octavian markets, where they have already begun to have an impact. The Empire will continue to provide the necessary support, to maintain our military pilots at peak performance.

Quantar Core (TRI-FP) - Completing a contract funded by the Fa'hil Memta, TRI's primary economy focused squad, OMC, delivered the final batch of drop tanks to a warehouse at Quantar Core this afternoon.
"We contracted with OMC, because they are uniquely positioned to manufacture large quantities of goods in a short period of time," stated Tahir Queliar Neamru. "Their previous record of success speaks for itself, making them the obvious choice for such large scale operations.
