Quantar Annexes Hyperial, Octavia and Solrain Respond

TRINN Central Desk - The Quantar High Defender of the Faith, Rohi bin Hamalzahd has issued the following statement:
'With the most rightful destruction of the takfir Rauder, it is now our Holy Duty to finally and irrevocably reclaim what has always been our Holy Territory. From this date forward, Hyperial is under Quantar protection and governance. We do not recognize the acts of Barton and his cronies and declare them enemies of our new brothers in Hamalzah on Hypsos.
Be warned, we will defend our reclaimed territories and cast out all those who oppose HIS WILL.'
When asked for comment, Legate Triarius of Octavius simply laughed and refused to elaborate on any response from the Octavian Empire.
A spokesperson for Solrain stated:
'Our only concern is to maintain and defend the ongoing free trade between Hypsos and Solrain, but we will not tolerate Quantar interference in the internal matters of state on Hypsos and scoff at the High Defender's claims of apparent annexation. We have instructed our emissaries on Hypsos to assist First Speaker and President Pro Tempore Barton establish firm and stable governance on Hypsos, where they already enjoy a most fruitful relationship.
In addition, we petition the Octavian Empire to respect Hyperial space, free trade, and thus remain outside Hyperial space lanes. Hyperial will be patrolled by our vessels responding to an increase in piracy in the area following the recent chaos on Hypsos and we would hate for there to be any misunderstandings.'
