Octavius Core (TRI-FP) - Legate Triarius has released the following statement:
"It is my honor to announce that Injustice production facilities have been restored at Octavius Core. Once again our space will be bathed in the glow of Injustice fire and the burning debris of our enemies.
The facilities at Great Pillars and Outpost are still in the final stages of completion. Very soon I shall call upon all loyal pilots of Octavius and our allies to deliver the final components to restore Injustice production across the Empire. It is vital to our war machine that full restoration of production be ensured by our glorious forces. Contego Octavius!"
OPL engineers were quick to point out that production cycles at the Octavius Core facility would remain low as they fine tune the system and work out kinks in production.

Solrain Core (TRI-FP) - Pilots and Factional governments expressed mixed opinions today following pilot Me_1's protest buy of all Duelist Targeting Computers available on the open market, galaxy-wide.
"This is a protest, to try and get the miners, haulers, producers, and any Economist minded players a place to be heard through the strength of our actions and their impacts on other pilots and what ever officials TRI cares to spare."

TRI-HQ (TRI-FP) - The lack of sentient activity last night, following several days of raids and probes has many people wondering if this is the calm before the storm that was predicted by Dr Calatorius.
TRINN has received several reports of light sentient activity, over the past week, similar to this one from vorlon31 from 107.04.01:
"Last night saw another testing bout of sentient Conflux incursions into our territories, with attacks reported in both Hyperial and Quantar Core station sectors.

TRI-HQ (TRI-FP) - Although not known for involving themselves in economic affairs, TRI's Recreation and Morale department has laid forth a plan to address recent severe economic shortages.
"While TRI may not be as large or important as it once was," remarked Director Echo Tetsab, "everyone who is left at TRI still works for the common good of the average pilot. It is essential that stocks of commodities are brought up to reasonable levels, and we here at RMD are willing to do our part.

Outpost (TRI-FP) - Dr Calatorius, head of the Conflux studies group at the Octavian Ministry of War, has released a prediction what he calls an imminent major attack against factional assets.
"Over the last few days, we have seen a significant increase in small scale attacks by sentient Conflux," stated Calatorius. "While details of these attacks are sketchy, due to lack of pilot reports, there has been no direct attacks on our infrastructure. In addition, these attacks have been led by light, fast units, indicating a high probability that we are being probed. We believe that these attacks are testing our defenses and reaction time.

Quantar Core (TRI-FP) - The Quantar High Defender of the Faith, Rohi bin Hamalzahd, has released the following statement:
"In order to more efficiently serve Quantar, I have relocated the Headquarters Office of the High Defender of the Faith from Quantar Core to a more secure and secret location. This move will allow this Office to more properly focus on the Defense of Quantar and our Holy Faith and avoid the day to day politics of government -- with which this Office has no mandate."

Cornea (TRI-FP) - With the STCC and TRI working together to encourage pilots to keep space lanes free of Conflux around Cornea, Solrain factional squad Solidarity has upped the ante by offering an additional bounty on Conflux Sentients and their biomass.
"I'm going to offer a bounty of 500k on any Sentient killed in Solrain space (over and above the standard TRI bounty)," stated ZeroZ95 for Solidarity. "If I am not present, any member of Solidarity who can verify the kill can pay you on the spot (I will pay them back later)."

TRI-HQ (TRI-FP) - So, here we are with the first in what will, with a little luck, and a little support, turn out to be a regular collection of soundbites and snippets from around the systems.
So, first of all, TRINN received the following in our mailbox this week, with a title of "InterOrka steals FM commods from Cornea"
"While on patrol last night I ran across InterOrka carrying some plutonium. I checked station inventory monitoring software and discover plutonium missing from Cornea. When I confronted him about it privately, he admitted to it. [Records of this were sent to the TRINN offices, as confirmation]

Great Pillars (TRI-FP) - TRINN inside sources have confirmed that OPL chief executive officer G. Marcian has been charged with the murder of TRINN reporter Zoe Vexel.
Ms. Vexel was reported missing on 105.07.28 shortly after filing a report on the religious cleansing taking place on Hypsos. As reported at that time, Ms Vexel had filed an interim report stating that she had definitive proof that the Hyperial government had deliberately activated the virus upon their own citizens as an excuse to eradicate all non approved religious beliefs.

TRI-HQ (TRI-FP) - TRINN announced today that they have hired controversial journalist Qua'tar Rileeninon to write a periodic column, chronicling some of the more punchy topics, that TRINN has traditionally shied away from.
"Everyone here at TRINN is striving to constantly reinvent themselves, and by extension TRINN itself," stated TRINN President Tsesher Roftley. "It is therefore fitting, that as we get more freedom from TRI, we experiment with different ways to bring our expertise to the pilots. Our hope is that Qua'tar will be able to deliver interesting soundbites, while maintaining TRINN's mandate for fact based reporting. We encourage all pilots to continue submitting interesting stories for consideration."
The column is expected to have a bias towards pilot affairs, with the first articles expected soon.

Outpost (TRI-FP) - In early morning raids, several members of Dr Calatorius' Conflux Studies team were arrested and taken away by Octavian military police, apparently on the authority of Legate Lucanus.
"We have been monitoring key people in the Conflux Studies organization for many weeks," stated Lucanus. "Dr Calatorius was unaware of our investigation, as it was initially a routine sweep through government personnel. The doctor himself is in no way suspected of wrongdoing, and was unaware of the information leaks - in fact, the military team would have also missed them, had it not been for a very subtle mistake.

Hyperial (TRI-FP) - Following the completion of the latest TRI mission, the Hyperial government has released a large quantity of Chemicals and Synthetics to Klatsches Hold station, in accordance with the agreement that triggered the mission.
"I offer my personal thanks to all the pilots who worked this deal," stated President Kelvin Rauder, for Hyperial. "The delivered materials were much needed for ongoing construction and humanitarian projects. I have authorized delivery to Klatsches Hold, to prevent local production lines from eating away at the stockpiles. We look forward to our continued good relations and teamwork with both TRI and its pilots."
Market analysis confirms the presence of over 5,000 units each of Chemicals and Synthetics at Klatsches Hold.
